This Privacy Policy describes how KSC Labs LLC ("KSC Labs," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information in connection with OVR Golf, including our mobile application, website, products, services, features, content, and related support services collectively referred to as the "Service."

By using OVR Golf, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We are committed to collecting only the information reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain, and improve OVR Golf. Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the following categories of information.

Account Information

When you create or manage an account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, account identifier, login method, and related account details.

Golf Profile Information

We may collect information you provide about your golf game, including your goals, experience level, score range, handicap or estimated handicap, dominant hand, swing type, practice preferences, training goals, available equipment, physical limitations you choose to disclose, and other golf-related details you voluntarily provide.

Swing Videos, Images, and User-Submitted Content

If you upload, record, or submit swing videos, images, screenshots, or other content through OVR Golf, we may collect and process that content in order to provide swing analysis, feedback, ratings, reports, drills, training plans, scan history, and related app features.

Although you may not think of a swing video as "personal information," uploaded videos, images, and related media may contain information about you and are treated as user-submitted content under this Privacy Policy.

Swing Analysis and Performance Data

OVR Golf may generate analysis based on your submitted swing content and golf profile, including OVR ratings, swing reports, movement observations, swing faults, training recommendations, drill suggestions, scan history, and other golf-related outputs.

Some features may use computer vision, artificial intelligence, pose estimation, or similar technologies to evaluate golf-related movement patterns. This analysis is used to provide golf training feedback and is not intended to identify you personally.

Subscription and Purchase Information

Payments and subscriptions for OVR Golf are processed through Apple and related App Store payment infrastructure. We do not collect or store your full credit card number.

We may receive limited subscription-related information, such as your subscription status, product purchased, renewal status, expiration date, transaction identifiers, and related purchase metadata. We use RevenueCat to help manage subscriptions, validate purchases, and determine subscription access.

Device, Usage, and Diagnostic Information

We may collect limited technical and usage information, such as device type, operating system, app version, feature usage, crash reports, diagnostics, performance data, and general interaction data. This information helps us maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.

Support Communications

If you contact us for support, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, message content, screenshots, videos, bug reports, account details, and any other information you choose to share with us.

2. How We Use Information

We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, maintain, and improve OVR Golf;

• To analyze golf swings and generate OVR ratings, reports, drills, recommendations, and training plans;
• To personalize your experience based on your golf profile, goals, and usage;

• To process, validate, and manage subscriptions and purchases;

• To troubleshoot bugs, crashes, and technical issues;
• To improve app performance, usability, and product quality;

3. Artificial Intelligence and Swing Analysis

OVR Golf uses software-based analysis, including artificial intelligence, computer vision, pose estimation, and related technologies, to generate golf swing feedback and training recommendations.

You understand and agree that any analysis, rating, recommendation, drill, training plan, or other output generated by OVR Golf may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for every user. OVR Golf is provided for informational, educational, and training purposes only.

OVR Golf does not provide medical advice, physical therapy, injury diagnosis, rehabilitation services, or professional healthcare services. You should consult a qualified professional before beginning any new physical activity or training program, especially if you have pain, an injury, or a medical condition.

OVR Golf is not a substitute for instruction from a qualified golf coach, medical professional, or other licensed professional.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

We may share limited information with service providers and vendors who help us operate OVR Golf. These may include providers that assist with cloud hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, subscription management, purchase validation, artificial intelligence processing, customer support, security, and app functionality.

These service providers are permitted to use information only as necessary to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

We may also disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
• Enforce our terms, policies, or agreements;
• Protect the rights, property, or safety of KSC Labs, our users, or others;
• Detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, security issues, or technical problems;
• Complete a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy protections.

5. Third-Party Services

OVR Golf may rely on third-party services to operate certain features. These may include, without limitation:

• Apple, for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, subscriptions, and payment processing;
• RevenueCat, for subscription management, purchase validation, and subscription status;
• Cloud hosting and storage providers;
• Authentication providers;
• Analytics providers;
• Crash reporting and diagnostics providers;
• Artificial intelligence or computer vision processing providers;
• Customer support and communication tools.

Your use of Apple's App Store, in-app purchases, and subscriptions may also be governed by Apple's own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that are not controlled by KSC Labs.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, and support legitimate business purposes.

Swing videos, images, scan history, golf profile information, and generated analysis may be retained for as long as your account remains active, unless you delete the content, delete your account, or request deletion as described in this Privacy Policy.

We may retain limited information for a longer period where required or permitted by law, including transaction records, security logs, fraud prevention records, support records, or records necessary to comply with legal, accounting, or tax obligations.

7. Account Deletion and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information through the account deletion tools provided in the app, where available, or by contacting us at support@ovrgolf.com.

When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, tax, or legitimate business purposes.

Deletion of your OVR Golf account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. If you subscribed through Apple, you must manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or App Store subscription settings.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we maintain about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
• Request deletion of your personal information;
• Request a copy of certain information you provided to us;
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your information;
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• Opt out of certain communications;
• Appeal or contact us regarding a privacy request.

9. Children's Privacy

OVR Golf is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Users under the age of 13 may not create an account, upload swing videos, submit images, or use OVR Golf without appropriate parental or legal guardian consent where required by law.

Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction should use OVR Golf only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

10. Age Gate and Junior Golfers

Because OVR Golf may be used by golfers of different ages, including junior golfers, we may ask users to confirm that they are at least 13 years old or otherwise have appropriate parent or guardian permission to use the Service.

If we determine that an account belongs to a user under 13 and we have not obtained any legally required parental consent, we may suspend or delete the account and associated information.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no method of transmission over the internet, method of electronic storage, or security system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

12. International Users

OVR Golf is operated by KSC Labs in the United States. If you access or use the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be collected, processed, stored, and transferred in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

Privacy laws in these jurisdictions may differ from those in your location.

13. Marketing Communications

If we send marketing or promotional communications, you may opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communication or by contacting us at support@ovrgolf.com.

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send non-promotional messages, such as account notices, subscription notices, security alerts, support responses, and transactional communications.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.

If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice, such as through the app, by email, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
