Account Help

If you are having trouble accessing your account, please contact us at support@ovrgolf.com with the email address associated with your OVR Golf account.

We can help with:

• Login issues
• Account access problems
• Missing account information
• Updating account details
• Deleting your account

Subscription and Billing

OVR Golf subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store.

If you subscribed through Apple, your subscription is managed by your Apple ID. OVR Golf does not directly process your payment card information and cannot directly cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through:

iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > OVR Golf

If your subscription is active but premium features are not showing, open OVR Golf and use the "Restore Purchases" option. If the issue continues, contact us at support@ovrgolf.com.

For refund requests, Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. You can request a refund through Apple's purchase support system.

Restore Purchases

If you purchased OVR Golf but your subscription is not showing in the app, try restoring your purchase.

Open OVR Golf, go to the subscription or account screen, and tap "Restore Purchases."

If restoring does not work, email support@ovrgolf.com and include:

• The email associated with your OVR Golf account
• The approximate date of purchase
• A brief description of the issue

Please do not send full payment card information.

Swing Upload Help

For the best swing analysis, make sure your video is clear and easy to analyze.

For best results:

• Record in good lighting
• Keep your full body and club visible
• Avoid heavy shadows or dark backgrounds
• Place the camera far enough away to capture the entire swing
• Keep the camera steady
• Trim the video so it mainly includes the golf swing
• Use a clear down-the-line or face-on angle when possible

If your upload fails, try:

• Checking your internet connection
• Closing and reopening the app
• Trimming the video shorter
• Uploading again
• Updating to the latest version of OVR Golf

Swing Analysis and OVR Rating

OVR Golf uses software-based swing analysis, including artificial intelligence and computer vision, to generate ratings, reports, drills, and training recommendations.

Your OVR rating and swing report are intended to help you better understand your golf swing and identify areas for improvement.

OVR Golf analysis may not always be perfect. Results can be affected by video quality, camera angle, lighting, clothing, background, swing type, and other factors.

OVR Golf is for informational, educational, and training purposes only. It is not a substitute for a qualified golf coach, medical professional, physical therapist, or other licensed professional.

Training Plans and Drills

OVR Golf may generate personalized training plans and drills based on your golf profile and swing analysis.

Training recommendations are designed to help you improve, but you should use your own judgment and stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

If you have an injury, medical condition, or physical limitation, consult a qualified professional before starting a new training program.

Reporting an Incorrect Analysis

If you believe your swing analysis is incorrect, please contact us at support@ovrgolf.com.

When possible, include:

• The email associated with your account
• The swing category you selected
• A short description of what seemed wrong
• A screenshot of the result, if helpful

This helps us review the issue and improve OVR Golf.

Account Deletion

You may delete your OVR Golf account in the app where account deletion tools are available.

You may also request account deletion by emailing support@ovrgolf.com.

Please include the email address associated with your OVR Golf account.

Deleting your OVR Golf account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. If you subscribed through Apple, you must cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
